ISTQB exams in Netherlands: booking guide

Member board and booking route

Belgium and Netherlands Testing Qualifications Board (BNTQB). BNTQB covers both the Netherlands and Belgium. It does not organize exams itself: its provider page explains direct exam-provider bookings, course-linked exams and Pearson VUE center options. Use the exam-provider section rather than treating every training listing as a booking service.

Fee status in Netherlands

Our exam cost guide lists the charges to add up for Netherlands before you compare offers.

Local booking and delivery checks

BNTQB describes remote proctoring and direct provider or Pearson VUE routes. Check which is available for the certification you want and confirm any center’s location and appointment separately.

• Compare EUR fees including applicable BTW, and check whether the offer is exam-only.
• Choose the Netherlands as the booking country even where the supplier also serves Belgium.
• If a course includes a voucher, check the issuer, expiry and whether you must make a separate appointment.

Language and adjustments

Confirm Dutch or English availability for the selected exam. A Dutch website or translated syllabus does not establish the language of every certification. Arrange additional time or support with the examination provider.

Before you book

Before you pay in Netherlands, check eligibility, voucher expiry, appointment confirmation and ID requirements. For Netherlands, make sure your study materials cover the version on your booking.

Changes and retakes

BNTQB does not run exams itself, so the cancellation and retake terms come from the recognized provider you book with. Ask for them in writing.

Results and certificates

Use the examination body named on your Netherlands confirmation for results, certificate access and name corrections. Turnaround times vary by provider, and we have not verified one for every Netherlands route.
