What to include in your report
- Page: paste the address of the affected guide.
- Issue: quote the short statement or describe the broken link.
- Evidence: include an official source where possible.
- Context: name the exam version, language or provider if it changes the answer.

Who handles booking and certificate problems?
Contact your exam provider or issuing member board for payments, appointment changes, result appeals, certificates or register updates. We cannot access your exam account or change an official record.

Keep your report focused
Please do not include passwords, full payment details, identity documents, certificate numbers or live exam questions. A public source link and a short description are usually enough for an editorial correction.
We review reports against the official source and update the affected guide when a correction is confirmed. See the editorial policy for our correction targets.
