ISTQB exams in Belgium: booking guide

Member board and booking route

Belgium and Netherlands Testing Qualifications Board (BNTQB). Belgium and the Netherlands share BNTQB. The board directs candidates to recognized examination providers rather than taking exam bookings itself. Its provider guidance includes direct booking, exams arranged with courses and test-center options.

Fee status in Belgium

Before you compare prices for Belgium, check the charges in our exam cost guide.

Local booking and delivery checks

Check the provider’s available Belgian center or remote format. An accredited training company is not automatically the examination body. Record who handles the exam, appointment and certificate.

• Check the complete EUR fee and whether TVA/BTW is included.
• Select Belgium in the provider’s country selector. A Netherlands quote may have different offer terms.
• For employer payment, agree the billing details and candidate name before the course provider or supplier issues a voucher.

Language and adjustments

Ask specifically about French, Dutch or English for the selected certification and version. The language of a Belgian course or a multilingual board website does not guarantee that the exam is offered in that language.

Before you book

Before you pay in Belgium, check eligibility, voucher expiry, appointment confirmation and ID requirements. Next, check that your study materials match the version you booked for Belgium.

Changes and retakes

BNTQB directs candidates to recognized exam providers, so the cancellation and retake terms come from the provider you choose. Ask for them in writing.

Results and certificates

Use the examination body named on your Belgium confirmation for results, certificate access and name corrections. Turnaround times vary by provider, and we have not verified one for every Belgium route.
