UK member board and booking route
UK and Ireland Testing Board (UKITB). UKITB names BCS and iSQI as exam partners. Its exam-provider page links to both for public dates, online exams and onsite bookings. Start there and compare the exact certification rather than assuming the board sells the exam itself.
Published CTFL fee in the United Kingdom
BCS lists GBP 200 for its UK CTFL v4.0 exam-only offer. This includes the GBP 35 remote-proctoring charge and excludes VAT, which BCS applies at purchase. Its Pearson VUE route is booked separately. Do not assume that route, iSQI or international bookings have the same fee.
Price checked October 6, 2026: BCS CTFL v4.0: UK exam-only price. Confirm the final payable amount before payment.

Local booking and delivery checks
Ask the chosen partner which remote, test-center or arranged onsite route is available for your exam. A training package and an exam-only booking may use different arrangements. Identify who issues the voucher and who schedules the appointment.
- Check whether a GBP quote includes VAT and whether the supplier is charging for an exam alone or a course package.
- Keep the appointment’s stated time zone: UK local time changes between GMT and BST.
- If you live in Northern Ireland, select the United Kingdom booking territory. Do not select Ireland solely because the board covers both.
Language and adjustments
UKITB supports English-language exams. Confirm the exact exam language and any additional-time approval with BCS or iSQI before reserving a slot.
Before you book
