ISTQB exams in Slovakia: fees and booking

Member board and booking route

Czech and Slovak Quality Board (CaSQB). Slovakia shares CaSQB with Czechia. Its public calendar includes online sessions and Slovak in-person appointments, commonly in Bratislava or Košice. Choose the current event and verify the location rather than selecting a Czech session by mistake.

Published fees in Slovakia

CaSQB publishes CTFL v4.0 at EUR 150 excluding VAT, alongside a CZK amount. It states that the base price is the same for online and in-person attempts. Confirm the applicable tax and final payable total for the chosen Slovak booking. Official fee source.

Before you compare prices for Slovakia, check the charges in our exam cost guide.

Local booking and delivery checks

Check whether you are registering for a remote or in-person appointment. CaSQB publishes the same base pricing for those routes, but the attendance and technical instructions differ.

• Obtain the EUR invoice total including applicable VAT. Do not treat the board’s net tariff as the amount payable.
• Check whether an in-person date is in Slovakia or Czechia before arranging travel.
• Use the Slovak translation for the exact syllabus version and keep the provider’s language confirmation with your booking.

Language and adjustments

CaSQB lists Slovak, Czech and English for CTFL v4.0. Check the selected certification separately, as Advanced or Specialist language options may be narrower. Request additional time or adjustments during registration.

Before you book

Before you pay in Slovakia, check eligibility, voucher expiry, appointment confirmation and ID requirements. Next, check that your study materials match the version you booked for Slovakia.

Changes and retakes

Slovakia shares CaSQB with Czechia, so CaSQB sets the cancellation and retake terms. Ask for them in writing before you pay.

Results and certificates

Use the examination body named on your Slovakia confirmation for results, certificate access and name corrections. Turnaround times vary by provider, and we have not verified one for every Slovakia route.
